This map shows where the children included in our study live. It shown per 100.000 inhabitants of the region, to correct for more or less dense population in the different areas.

Definitions severity for COVID-19:
Asymptomatic: no signs or symptoms attributable to SARS-CoV-2 infection
Non-severe: no supplemental oxygen;
Moderately severe: supplemental oxygen, no ICU admission
Severe: ICU admission
Very severe: ECMO and/or died
Definitions severity for MIS-C:
Non-severe: no ICU admission;
Moderately severe: ICU admission, but no invasive respiratory support and/or inotropic support
Severe: ICU admission with invasive respiratory support and/or inotropic support
Very severe: ECMO and/or died
